Kay Plaza Suites are proud to offer a Serviced Office Package to meet your business requirements. We are housed in a modern, professional building, ideally located in the Southport CBD. For your convenience there is also a fully licensed coffee shop / restaurant, with alfresco and indoor dining.
We offer technologically advanced facilities along with an extensive range of services for your convenience.
Office suites can be hired at a casual rate or rented on a monthly agreement.
You have the advantage of walking into an office set up ready for you to work immediately.
Included in your weekly rental are:
- A professional, modern reception area attended from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday - Friday
- Telephone answering services while your office is unattended with telephone diversion facilities
- Self service tea and coffee facilities
- Outgoings inclusive of electricity, air conditioning and weekly cleaning
- Your fully furnished, executive-style office
- An executive desk and chair
- Two visitors chairs
- A two drawer filing cabinet
Additional furniture may be arranged or you may furnish your own office if preferred.
